In a significant partnership, Avaada Group and Tata Steel Special Economic Zone (TSSEZL) have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a green hydrogen and ammonia manufacturing unit within the Gopalpur Industrial Park in Odisha's Ganjam district.

A Sustainable Initiative

This collaborative project is designed to serve multiple purposes, aligning with India's aspirations to emerge as a global green hydrogen hub. One of its primary objectives is to reduce carbon emissions, with the potential to slash an impressive two million tonnes of CO2 annually.

By creating an estimated 1,600 direct job opportunities and an additional 4,000 indirect positions, it is poised to make a substantial contribution to employment in the region.
