Juniper Green Speeds Up, Ahead-of-Schedule Wind Power Project Takes Flight

They've successfully commissioned a significant portion of their wind energy project in Gujarat, well ahead of schedule.

Key Highlights:

• 25.2 MW Up and Running: The first phase of the project, boasting a capacity of 25.2 MW, is now operational – beating the target completion date by an impressive nine months.

• Long-Term Power Pact: This clean energy will be delivered through a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with GUVNL at a competitive rate of Rs 2.90 per unit.

• Powering Thousands of Homes: The project is estimated to generate around 230 million units (MUs) of electricity annually, providing clean power to approximately 45,440 households.

• Environmental Champion: This wind initiative is expected to significantly reduce carbon emissions by an estimated 213,055 tonnes per year.
