Sungrow is on a roll with the electrolyser supply in China.
June 28, 2024: Sungrow Hydrogen has secured a significant contract to supply electrolysers for the massive $4 billion Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park project in Jilin, China. Awarded by the China Energy Engineering Corporation (CEEC), this project marks a substantial step forward in China’s green hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol production capabilities.

110,000 tonnes of green hydrogen

Construction of the integrated green hydrogen project began last September, backed by funding from the China National Development and Reform Commission’s (NDRC) Green and Low-Carbon Advanced Technology Demonstration Projects.
Sungrow’s Role
While Sungrow has not disclosed the exact portion of the project’s hydrogen capacity it will fulfill, this marks its third major project in the Jilin province. The company is set to "actively promote" the timely completion of the project, underscoring its commitment to advancing green energy solutions.
